Enspyre LLC (dba Enspyre Management Services) holds two NASA SEWP VI contracts:

NASA SEWP VI is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). Per FAR 16.505(b)(1), Enspyre is given fair opportunity to be considered for each order exceeding $10,000 issued under this contract. The ordering agency's Contracting Officer determines the method of obtaining fair opportunity and documents the rationale for placement and price of each order; the NASA SEWP online Quote Request Tool (QRT) is the recommended mechanism for this process.
How to obtain a quote. Contact either Program Manager below, or submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Market Research Request (MRR) through the NASA SEWP online Quote Request Tool.
Installation, warranty, and technical/software support. Policy and procedural questions regarding installation, basic warranty, extended warranty, technical support, and software support are directed to the contacts above. Enspyre confirms warranty and support terms with the manufacturer or authorized distributor for each order and communicates them to the customer in writing before delivery.
Troubleshooting a problematic order. Contact Corneilius Hill or Ezekiel Garnett (above) immediately for any order issue.
Credit card fee: 0%. Enspyre accepts the Government Purchase Card (GPC) on orders placed under either contract and adds no surcharge, convenience fee, or processing fee to card-paid orders under 80TECH26D0583 (Category A) or 80TECH26D0387 (Category C). This rate was provided to the NASA SEWP CHRM on Case 1232925 and confirmed by the SEWP Program Management Office on 17 September 2026.
Card acceptance is subject to the purchase-card and micro-purchase thresholds set by the ordering agency, not by Enspyre. Orders not paid by card are invoiced to the payment office named on the Delivery Order, on the terms stated in that order. Direct any payment or invoicing question to the Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager above.
